User contributions & payments

Manual identification earns one credit while awaiting manual review and keeps that credit after a fixed-file upload. The uploader earns a separate completion credit. Reclassifying to Retain, Delete, Crop, NHS or Police replaces the manual credit with that decision. Repeated flags do not add credits. Owed = earned − recorded payouts.

User accounts

Only benunzee can grant or remove admin access. Account changes are saved to users.json. Disabled users cannot sign in; existing contributions remain tracked.

Payment settings

Shared payments apply equally to every user. Manual identification credit remains for pending manual reviews and completed uploads. Reclassification to another task removes manual credit. Each upload completion earns a separate credit. Changes recalculate contributions; recorded payouts stay fixed.

Add or update a user

New accounts start with PIN 1234 and must change it on first sign-in. PINs are never returned to the browser. Use Edit to change a user’s status or reset their PIN.
